Well, that part is easy, but there are many other tools that Google has to allow you to get credible information that you can use. Google actually developed a search class that can be used in the classroom. There are a total of 15 lessons that take you from the basic to advanced skills of searching for information.

These challenges have the students use Google to find the answer to a question in a certain subject area. These challenges would be great for the students start with at the beginning of a class while the teacher is taking attendance and getting the class ready. This is a web browser from Google that allows you to add applications or apps for specific functions. For example, there is an app for a scientific calculator, or an app for famous quotes or even the periodic table. The first step is to download the Chrome Web Browser. Once installed, go to the Chrome Web Store. There is a cost for some tools while many are free. Browse the apps that interest you and download them. It is that easy. Once you open the browser, open a new tab and you will see the apps you have downloaded ready to be used.
Blogger is a service from Google that allows you to create a blog. This can be a classroom blog or you can create one for your interests. It also allows you to get new feeds from other blogs that you follow through Blogger on your page. This will require you to set up an account, but if you already have a Google account, it will use that. This link can give you more information to get started using Blogger in the classroom.
